NDFALA: Support HB 1176 and HB 1177

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LEGISLATORS AND ASK THEM TO VOTE ON HB 1176 AND HB 1177

HB 1176

  • Provides a tax credit for adopting parents

  • Provides a tax credit for contributions to maternity homes, adoption agencies, and pregnancy resource centers

  • Read HB 1176

HB 1177

  • Provides a tax exemption for diapers and car seats

  • 21 states currently do not tax diapers

  • ND currently exempts adult diapers from sales tax, but not infant diapers

  • Read HB 1177

Please contact your House Representatives and tell them to vote YES on these bills.

These bills help advance pro-family and pro-life values! Please contact your legislators before 12:00 PM on Friday, January 20th when there may be a floor vote on these two bills!
