Background
HB 1532 reimburses private schools for costs that would be shouldered by parents paying tuition for their child.
This bill would help reduce the cost of attendance at a private school.
Why is this important?
The best educational system is one that gives children a wide-open future and the tools to explore God’s calling on their lives, under the loving protecting guidance of their parents.
North Dakota needs to be a state which advances policies that empower parents to have decision-making power when it comes to their children’s classrooms.
This bill helps minimize existing economic and legal obstacles that create an imbalance for tax-paying North Dakota parents who desire an educational program and environment that specifically aligns with their religious, moral, and philosophical beliefs.
